Tony explained & showed me how to operate all the 2017 Tucson features, in detail, before I left the dealership. He offered me a drink or refreshments a few times while I waited to complete the paperwork. He has reached out to me several times asking if I had any questions. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Tony Maddaloni & Seidel Hyundai in Reading, Pa!!! I also worked with the Internet Sales & Marketing Manager, Andrew Lis, before driving to Reading, Pa. He asked me what features I wanted and explained the differences in a Hyundai Tucson & the Sante Fe. When I arrived at Seidel Hyundai, Andrew had a few different cars ready for me to test drive. I quickly decided I wanted the 2017 Hyundai Tucson! Andrew, you are AWESOME!!! I drove from Lancaster, Pa. to Seidel Hyundai in Reading Pa. because I TRUST this dealership!!! Matt, the Financial Manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable & explained several other options such as an extended warranty. I did buy the extended warranty and was very pleased how smoothly the whole process was completed! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seidel Hyundai to anyone interested in a new or used car!!! More

Mostly facts. Form your own opinion. So I get invited to their Holiday's sales event with an enticing trade in offer. In need of a new car I go to check out their inventory hoping to find So I get invited to their Holiday's sales event with an enticing trade in offer. In need of a new car I go to check out their inventory hoping to find a good deal. The day was drizzly and chilly; however Toni the sales rep gave it his all trying to fit us with the right car and test driving. Although not an easy day he was patient and did his best under the circumstances (a little nuisance that the sales rep does not know the asking price and that has to be figured out by finance after you show interest). Finally we showed interest on a 2014 Elantra SE with 24000 and back up camera. The trade in offer for my used Hyundai on the invitation flyer went from 4400 to 1100 in reality. As well their asking price for the Elantra was 15980. I declined the trade in making their asking price now 17000. Check this car in KBB new and see that it is very shy of 20G for is trim opt. Check it used and see that is shy of 13G. Interestingly enough I have searched the web and found many dealers with sales at 11G to 14G with same miles and trim. Very few would even get close to 17G and this car new is very close to 17G (their selling me a 2014). Really??? Of course I kindly rejected purchasing it and was ready to graciously walk out. However the sales rep Toni insisted on getting me to provide a counteroffer. I really did not want to oblige (as I felt would be a waste of time). But ended up telling him close to 12G (based on my research on KBB, Edmunds and nearby dealerships online prices). My wife and I had aggreed on 12G prior to receiving their asking price. He took it upon himself to take that number to the GM (which was not even my request). The punch is the GM came over and very standoffish said 12G thank you for your time. Confused!?! He later added that is insulting (with major attitude). Really? I tried to stay cool but couldn't. I said I'm insulting? You are insulting me!!! The way he came to the sales desk was unmerited (and even if it was, is that how to treat a potential customer)? Toni and the owner (Seidel) tried to calm me down (I just needed a little time to recover as my response affected me corporally do to my health condition). So obviously this unneeded incident also affected my wife. Toni and the owner were very gracious and said they will handle it as soon as we leave. Another punch tho, the general sales manager Jerome's last name is Seidel after searching in their website and finding the list of staff (he is JR). Well I'll leave it at that as my goal is to state as much facts as possible and as little opinion as possible. Thanks for reading. More
