Terrible customer service from the service writer from as soon as we made contact. Rude to my wife rude to me Couldn’t tell us why we made an appointment and wouldn’t get our truck looked at for a massiv soon as we made contact. I always feel more comfortable going to the dealer for service. The only issue I had this visit was that oil changes were overbooked (or Chevy was short handed); the service took longer than expected. I service. They were always fast & really good when changing the oil on my Silverado pickup, excellent. When I had a problem with the A/C on my 2025 Trax, it was lie after lie, no help. Even the manager of the service on my Silverado pickup, excellent. When I had a problem with the A/C on my 2025 Trax, it was lie after lie, no help. Even the manager of the service department lied to me, telling me he’d get back with me & never did. This was after buying 3 vehicles from them. Sad but 100% true. Lost my business over a $200 part.
