I was directed to the right department and was able to speak to service advisor. Tyson was very helpful. He did all the legwork for me by calling the people with the warranty on my tires and rims. Advantageous and abusive with clients. Garrett, the young salesman, told me that I had a 90-day warranty on my purchase, but when I took my vehicle back to Seguin Chevrolet for an inspecti Garrett, the young salesman, told me that I had a 90-day warranty on my purchase, but when I took my vehicle back to Seguin Chevrolet for an inspection since I was having problems with the heating, the person who helped me in the service department asked me before Anything if I had purchased an extended warranty which I answered no; since it had 90 business days and not even twenty days had passed. He immediately notified me that there is a charge of $170 dollars to inspect the vehicle and give me a diagnosis??? WTFK ?.. It makes no sense about they offer you a 90-day purchase guarantee!!!… and when you ask for a review?? they tell you that need to pay $$ to have it reviewed!! What is this is about?? I feel cheated and betrayed by Seguin Chevrolet... since I solved the problem myself!!... I only needed a pint of antifreeze because it didn't throw any codes nor did I even have the check engine light on!!... I only needed a little of courtesy and respect nothing more!!.. I don't understand why they couldn't show a little empathy and lift the hood of the vehicle and just look; to notice the incorrect level of antifreeze. I think they showed arrogance. it's my feeling!! Maybe they ignored me because of my accent? I don't speak perfect English but I can write it. More
