If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would! I’ve taken my 2021 Chevrolet Malibu into the service department twice now for the same issue and the service advisors continue to tell me they cannot I’ve taken my 2021 Chevrolet Malibu into the service department twice now for the same issue and the service advisors continue to tell me they cannot replicate the issue. I specifically mention that the hesitation happens at the time of acceleration and deceleration. Anytime they took it on a “test drive,” they drive it on the highway at fast speeds. I know this because I have the Chevy Tracker on my phone. On the same topic, they told me the technician drove it over 40 miles, which is incorrect because I kept track of my mileage while they had the vehicle. The service department is the WORST I’ve had to deal with, especially with the service advisors. I’m coming to you with a hesitation/transmission problem and you tell me to record it!! Can you please explain how I can do that? Both times, they’ve had my car for over a week and can’t replicate the problem!! More
