Dear HELENBARNES07, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of us not returning your vehicle vacuumed and with the tires not aired up to the proper pressure. We understand that this may have been frustrating for you and we take full responsibility for our actions. While we do not offer free oil changes to our customers, We would like to make it up to you by taking care of your next oil change and ensuring that your vehicle is returned to you in pristine condition. This includes vacuuming out your vehicle, topping off all fluid levels including the windshield washer fluid, and ensuring that the tires are set to the proper pressure.
