I had a 1:30 pm appointment, I arrived at the dealership at 1:15 pm, and didn't done until 3:30. My truck wasn't taken back until 2:30. I went to have nitrogen refilled in my tires today and the Service Department persons said they topped all 4 tires off with nitrogen at the recommended 35 PSI but when I started my vehicle and started dri the Service Department persons said they topped all 4 tires off with nitrogen at the recommended 35 PSI but when I started my vehicle and started driving off my dash said my tires were still at 31/30 PSI so I went back inside and Service Department persons said once I drive awhile it'll update to show 35 PSI for all tires. I drove all the way back to San Antonio, over an hour drive, and my tires still said 31/30 PSI. So I went to Costco to get nitrogen refilled as my salesperson suggested while I was in the Service dept & sure enough my dashboard was correct so it seems Service dept had my Tahoe for an hour and didn't pur nitrogen in any of my tires at all. I Wasted 2 hours driving to and from San Antonio, an hour on waiting for my vehicle in Service dept and had to take off work for this 😔. Very disappointed More
