I am not satisfied with the customer service that has been given. I have been pushed off lie to on several occasions. My truck has been scratched and damaged by being there. When I arrived, I was asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle and I said yes. Since 9am until close to 1pm, I waited, and then asked what the status was on my car. She informed me that the mechanic was vehicle and I said yes. Since 9am until close to 1pm, I waited, and then asked what the status was on my car. She informed me that the mechanic was waiting to work it in and that it could be the end of the day. I said well why then was I asked to set an appointment, and why didn’t she inform me of this when I brought it in. She said well that’s why we ask you to drop it off. She never told me that! She actually said they’ll have to check to see if they have the part in stock but that was it. Again, if they knew I had an appointment, wouldn’t you make sure you had the part needed. Why give me an appointment, let me come in and wait, and then not even know if you had the part on stock. Thank goodness the part was available. Despite this, we were still interested in another vehicle, and we even asked a sales rep for information on another Chevy Trax, he said he would look into it and get back to us. But he never did. We’ve bought 2 vehicles here but we will not be coming back anymore. Very poor service! More
