Once my truck was diagnosed and being told they had to order a part all communication stopped. It took just over 7 weeks for them to fix the high pressure fuel pump and numerous phone calls to check on th order a part all communication stopped. We will not be using Seguin Chevrolet for any of our service needs in the future. More

My appointment was set for 7:30 a. m. Truck was parked in the service prep area at 7:10 a.m. Truck was not taken back to get the oil changed until 8:10 a.m. Not sure why I had to schedu m. Truck was parked in the service prep area at 7:10 a.m. Truck was not taken back to get the oil changed until 8:10 a.m. Not sure why I had to schedule a service appointment when the service department did not service my truck for 40 minutes. I could have taken the truck to any oil change facility and had it serviced in less than 30 minutes without having to schedule an appointment. Seguin Chevrolet should do a better job of setting and honoring scheduled appointments. More

I dropped my vehicle off the evening before the appt. First off when we walked in it was like social hour, everyone was standing around doing nothing. Then the girl that helped me had no clue what the h First off when we walked in it was like social hour, everyone was standing around doing nothing. Then the girl that helped me had no clue what the heck was even going on. I told her that I had an appointment and she looked the information up in the computer, proceeded to take my key and wrote all of my issues down on a sticky note. I asked if she needed my name and her response was “no it’s right there” and pointed to the computer. The next morning I tried to call and speak to someone in service because there was an issue that I had not address that I wanted looked at. Called and the receptionist transferred me to a voice mail that was not set up.There were multiple days of calling leaving voice mails for the service writer, service manager and finally the GM of the dealership with no call back. After 5 days it took my husband making a special trip to check status, and when he got there, there was a problem locating the vehicle and the girl could not figure out if the work had been completed. Unfortunately I feel like I was scammed into purchasing a dealership maintenance agreement for all services on my vehicle. The service department at this dealership is absolutely horrible. More
