Before the oil change I called and asked the price they said 79.99 I looked on line and it said 79.99. But a week later I go in for my appointment and was charged 99.98. $20 difference and still have not heard from service manager. And to top it off the day after I had the oil change I parked my truck in my driveway and the next morning there was a big oil stain on my driveway. I always get great service there whether it’s a problem or a simple oil change. They are friendly, professional, and there is always an explanation for the service I request. My 10 am appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and 20 minutes I went to ask if it was going to be much longer. I was told another 15 minutes or so. No one told me. After an hour and 45 minutes I got my car back. It was filthy. There was oil/grease on my carpet, steering wheel, driver’s door panel and handle, and on the outside of my door. I got to $169.00 for the fun time. Also, all I saw were employees sitting around. When I retire from teaching, I want a job at an auto service area. Geesh, you folks have an easy gig! More

Ida was helpful when I registered the vehicle on the Chevrolet web site and assisting when I hadn't received paperwork from GM bought the vehicle.
