I appreciate you faithful staff that took care of the repairs to my ‘09 Chevy Traverse. As it has aged so well, I haven’t needed many repairs, but in the past couple years it has become more costly since repairs to my ‘09 Chevy Traverse. They charged me to put on a belt they had to take off anyways to replace the water pump that went out. That’s why it wasn’t 5 star rated. I would like to give a great review because the second guy I worked with was very nice, but I was told two completely different things when I called to inquire about a recall for my vehicle. The second person had me bring my car in to create a ticket which I did that day. We scheduled an appointment a week later... I brought my car in, dropped it off , was told it would take two hours, then got a call that said “we don’t have the part”... they didn’t know that before the inconvenience of dropping off my car, getting a ride, etc. ? And why did the first guy tell me they order 15 parts at a time and you just have to call every few days to see if the parts come in. It seems like they can put my car in the system and let me know when the parts come in. I feel like I’ve just been given the run around and my car is still broken. More
