I have been bringing my truck for service every 3-4 months since purchase. The last two services have been getting worse. Since Chuck has not been involved with the service department. Every time service was completed and I went to pick up my vehicle the person who initially met with me for my scheduled service reviewed the work done and any issues found in person and involved the mechanic if required. This does not seem to be the case anymore. The last two services when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I am sent to the payment window without review with the service tech. I am not sure what has happened to Seguin Chevrolet, but if this service continues I will be inclined to go elsewhere for my vehicle purchases and service. I had also purchased a vehicle for my wife in 2019 and she seems to be having the same issue. Maybe this is due to the warranty being out on our vehicles or maybe whomever is in charge just doesn’t care about the individuals in the local area. I just don’t know what to think about the lack of personal service that I am receiving. More

Service stinks. Wed 15. We took our 21 suburban for oil change. Sub has a recall. I was told all they did was inspect/all looked OK. I received letter from GM radiator/fan and ambient temp sensor.. Issues sub had maybe 2 months after we were driving veh. They didn't bother to check history. Today Fri 17, No one has called me back to get me any info. It wouldn't take longer than 2 hours to find an answer??????? They are good on returning calls. It took me to call GM financial to get a return call. More
