I would like to give a great review because the second guy I worked with was very nice, but I was told two completely different things when I called to inquire about a recall for my vehicle. The second pe guy I worked with was very nice, but I was told two completely different things when I called to inquire about a recall for my vehicle. The second person had me bring my car in to create a ticket which I did that day. We scheduled an appointment a week later... I brought my car in, dropped it off , was told it would take two hours, then got a call that said “we don’t have the part”... they didn’t know that before the inconvenience of dropping off my car, getting a ride, etc. ? And why did the first guy tell me they order 15 parts at a time and you just have to call every few days to see if the parts come in. It seems like they can put my car in the system and let me know when the parts come in. I feel like I’ve just been given the run around and my car is still broken. More

This place is amazing, they are always there to help me when I need to drop my car off. Koby is amazing and always tries to get my car in and out. Wanted a part replaced and they refused to put it on. I also feel that it was not property troubleshot. Wanted me to buy a more expensive part because they thought it might be going out.
