Mechanics knowledge and service managers politeness was only bonus. After my argument with the service rep Chad about why he wouldn't do what I asked. He said your keys and Bill is at the register. Then when I tried to call to see if they were done with my truck they screened my phone number and wouldn't answer the phone. I tried for 20 minutes and 4 different calls and never got past ringing phone and hold. They convinced me that they do work as a team to screen people they don't want to sell product to. I really felt xxxxx by half of your staff. More
Communication with the customer has a lot to be desired. Service department did not call when their service technician did not show up. We had to call before closing time to see if our car was ready. The manager/supervisor said I’m sorry, I’m just learning our technician didn’t show up today. Our car was dropped off Friday morning 5-13-22 at 8:00, they did call at around 12:00 that Friday to say that a part needed to be ordered and they needed the car Sat 5-14-22 to make the repair..it was explained to them that I needed my car by Monday 5-16-22. The manager/supervisor over the technicians should have realized Sat morning when cars were not getting serviced (mine wasn’t the only car I assume) that your employee didn’t show up for work that day. I’m aware emergencies happen, however at that point the customer should be called to make the decision as to what to do. We had to make another trip from out of town to pick up our car and reschedule. Involving another trip from out of town and time spent waiting for the repair to finally get completed 5-20-22. With the price of gas being $4.29 a gallon now, extra trips could have easily been avoided! More
