Wasn’t told until I arrived at the dealership that it would be three days in the queue before it would even be diagnosed. I then had to wait for a ride and arrange for a rental at the last minute after would be three days in the queue before it would even be diagnosed. I then had to wait for a ride and arrange for a rental at the last minute after being told that no loaner could be offered, so needless to say, I was not happy. After I brought the car in on Monday, I dropped it off and then proceeded to hear-absolutely nothing. I waited until Wednesday to call since the dealership mentioned it would be three days until diagnosis. I left a message and heard nothing. I tried again Thursday, left another message and texted the dealership as well and heard, once again, absolutely nothing. I texted and called later again on Thursday and finally got an answer-that the car had just gone in to diagnostics. I heard nothing on Friday until another text and call. It went that way until the car was finally done-the following Tuesday. When I arrived to pick up the car, no one seemed to know (or care) where my car had been parked. The receptionist kindly offered to help me find it since no one else would, but that is NOT her job. She and the fact that the car got fixed are the only reasons why I’m giving a VERY charitable three star rating. More

I Had set an appointment online for Monday, July 25th for my brakes to be looked at. When I arrived At the dealership I was told that I would need to leave my vehicle because they only had two line techs av my brakes to be looked at. When I arrived At the dealership I was told that I would need to leave my vehicle because they only had two line techs available that day. I understand things happen but I called to confirm my appointment the Friday before. I was not told that I would have to leave my vehicle for the day so I had mot arranged a ride to take me home. I do not live in Seguin. I did come back the next day. I left my vehicle but it did not get looked at until the following day. I was happy with the service once it was performed. More
