Cody was my advisor & I didn’t really enjoy working with him. He was there to help me, until he wasn’t. Also told me that my problem really couldn’t be fixed and there was nothing they could do. I waited 30 him. He was there to help me, until he wasn’t. Also told me that my problem really couldn’t be fixed and there was nothing they could do. I waited 30 minutes for my shuttle to arrive when my house is right around the corner. I made multiple calls to the dealership, and anyone I talked to was unsure if someone was coming to pick me up, or if it was someone else. I get to the dealership and Tyson “helped” me with the sorriest attitude. Saying he was just helping Cody out by dealing with me. I didn’t appreciate that. And making me wait by his words, he was helping HIS client first that wasn’t even there. I sat and waited. The other guy wouldn’t help me either, he said he was busy. Tyson finally checks me out. I ask Tyson where my car is, another mistake. He says he “honestly I have no idea, sorry”. I proceed to walk out and then he tries to help me. At this point, I just wanted to leave, but he did help me because he knew I was upset. It was parked in the very back and he brought it up to me. I have only had GREAT service with Amber! More
