Don’t know who Gary is but the service department has always been great till recently when I had an appointment to get a part recall done on my Spark. Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance took the car in and dropped it off and they called me to go pick up the car because they didn’t have the part in stock. They said they would call me back when the part was there. It’s been 2 months and no one has called me back to do the service on my car. I also scheduled a transmission service and they couldn’t do that either. Not real happy with the Service department right now. More
I have taken my car there twice now and have been very disappointed both times. The lack of communication and the amount of time it took to fix my issues were unacceptable! If I wanted any updates on the status of my car I had to call and even then getting in touch with my advisor was difficult. They have now had my car for 2 weeks and I am only just now getting the full story of what is wrong with it. Now I am being told it will be another week and $2K more than originally thought!!! Plus my car sat for 4-5 days just because the original tech was out sick... unacceptable! I will NEVER go back here for a car or for service! More
I never have a problem here. I went to get my oil changed but the Wi-Fi kept going in and out. Great service. Drop-off. Laura went over all that was needed and took the truck. Parts order was needed for one of the three warranty repairs. So, fixed two, return Drop-off. All good on phone and app communications. Returned and waited for final repair. Very timely. Although Laura did great, it is the repair work that really matters. The maintenance techs did excellent work! Software updates complete and the Kicker sound system works perfectly. Short story. I live in Schertz. I came to Seguin because of two prior poor service experiences from a closer GMC service center. My regular mechanic recommended Seguin Chevrolet even though it was further away. He was aware of service center issues with some of the local GM centers. He also said your service center had a more reliable record from what he knew. Anyway, that’s why I came out and am totally satisfied with the service reps and especially your repair team! Thank you. More
