Samantha Hood sold me a Chevy Colorado for my son and was extremely helpful, I’m a veteran and she understood my need for a smooth buying process. Dreadful experience, beware of the sales team. Roland in Parts/Service appears to be the only staff member that has any customer satisfaction trait. Please get everything before you drive off the lot - cal Parts/Service appears to be the only staff member that has any customer satisfaction trait. Please get everything before you drive off the lot - calls to Diego and the Sales Manager go unanswered. When the tags were picked up at the dealership the items that were to be ordered for installation (floor mats, running boards, and tint windows) were not even communicated to the service/parts team. Six weeks later, still not ordered. Extremely pleased with vehicle, but should have bought from another dealer. Yes, we are all busy these days - I looked for a silver lining with the experience, Thank You, Roland. More
