We were searching for a new car. They were the only ones who found what I wanted. But everytime we went we were there for several hours. We drive 30 miles to get there. WE WERE THERE 3.5 HOURS! The salesman Wilson was always saying stuff to make me feel like he was doing what I wanted but it would always turn out to be different. I have bought new Chevrolets every few years. This was the first time I had to figure out how everything worked myself. He showed me how to use the my Chevy app but did not tell me about setting up apple car pay even though I specifically asked about being able to receive text on car. Due to having the seats changed to leather we did not take delivery on our car for 2 weeks after signing paperwork. Our free month of Onstar started when we signed so we really only got a couple weeks. I will not return to this dealership after I get my plate DS for anything. I felt like I had been taken advantage of. After recently reading fb reviews I see where others have been dissatisfied with various things and the response from the general manager was the same exact response for each. More
