Service stinks. Wed 15. We took our 21 suburban for oil change. Sub has a recall. I was told all they did was inspect/all looked OK. I received letter from GM radiator/fan and ambient temp sensor.. Causi change. Sub has a recall. I was told all they did was inspect/all looked OK. I received letter from GM radiator/fan and ambient temp sensor.. Causing a/c issues. Issues sub had maybe 2 months after we were driving veh. They didn't bother to check history. Today Fri 17, No one has called me back to get me any info. It wouldn't take longer than 2 hours to find an answer??????? They are good on returning calls. It took me to call GM financial to get a return call. More
