Service dept changed oil only 2017 Silverado. I asked for a photo of rear main seal and oil pan area because of prior issues and he assured me a video of it would be available. My wife looking to buy a vehicle was assured a link on her computer for viewing never got one and picture given of vehicles ready for test driving.
