Made a 1030 appt, not called up until 11. Service dept seemed chaotic. Lots of people and the service guys running around everywhere. Once I was called, Santiago walked me out to my car and I showed him what needed to be looked at: due for oil change, seatbelt sticking, fishbowl screen when I back up (couldn't reproduce issue, but showed him a video and picture I had taken), tire losing pressure. He then told me it would be a charge of 175 for diagnosis. I bought it brand new in Feb 2023. Then more bad news...not enough techs to work on cars, backed up for months on work, doesn't know when they will get to my car. No loaner car...etc. More
