Because I would like for others to benefit from this information I wanted to share my experience: I'm in the DFW area and was looking for the new body style 2022 Silverado, I wanted to find a sales per information I wanted to share my experience: I'm in the DFW area and was looking for the new body style 2022 Silverado, I wanted to find a sales person who knew what they were doing since I'm very short on time so going to the dealership was not an option even if the local ones had had the truck in stock and to make things complicated I had a 2002 Silverado to trade (old body style) oh and of course going out of town to another dealer to purchase it was not an option either. Well, I looked online and came across Priscilla whom I noticed has lots of positive reviews so I sent her a message and low and behold she contacted me back right away, we were able to work out a deal the same day, a few days later my truck was shipped from their dealer to my home. She was very professional and answered my messages every time. I'm a truck guy and have purchased many vehicles before and I can tell you that the premium customer service is noticeable since the first interaction. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family as I share my experience. Her manager Josh was nice and professional, Luis Hernandez from finance as well, they were straight to the point and did not pressure me into buying any additional items that I did not want/need.
