Sales person and finance guy lied to me about the sales price and lied about a bank that had already approved me for financing the vehicle. They sold me the car at higher price and told me my bank offered price and lied about a bank that had already approved me for financing the vehicle. They sold me the car at higher price and told me my bank offered a high interest rate with $3000 down. All lies. I found out when I looked at the contract at home the next day and called my bank. They told me the dealership did contact them and they approved me with a lower rate and no down payment . Anthony Rosario the finance person clearly lied to my face then denied it when I tried to return the car back. The sales person was Brian López and his boss told me he had lowered the price of the car from 27500 to 23500 and they lied . I was so excited about getting the car I didn’t notice the amount at 27400 when I signed plus he kept distracting me by talking about my work while I was in finance with him. I tried returning the car back and they wouldn’t take it saying I had already signed but my mother hadn’t signed the release form for the trade in that was in her name. They clearly lied about everything and I was so upset. I will never do business at seguin Chevrolet again! Nor will I refer anyone there! I was basically forced to redo my contract with my bank at the same price of the car. More
