We went in originally to service our 2017 Rubicon, the service department was wonderful and very patient with all my questions. However once it was looking like our 2017 was not going to be able to be fix service department was wonderful and very patient with all my questions. However once it was looking like our 2017 was not going to be able to be fixed at a reasonable price. I talked with Brian and he helped me check out several different ways to either get me in a new to me Rubicon or brand new! We went through and decided new was the way to go. His honesty and helpful assistance today was very appreciated! More

Look elsewhere. These people don’t care about wasting your time. I found a truck I liked, emailed the dealership and Brian the internet sales guy created and confirm These people don’t care about wasting your time. I found a truck I liked, emailed the dealership and Brian the internet sales guy created and confirmed an appointment with me to test drive the truck. I arrive at the dealership to find that not only is Brian not there but nobody knew I was even coming in. Despite the 3 appointment confirmations made verbal, text message, and through email. They handed me the keys, they didn’t know really anything about the vehicle and I left after they started making things up. (I asked the overall length of the truck, very SIMPLE and something anyone can look up, he confidently incorrectly states 160” which is the wheel base length. I said no way that’s right, its actually 250” but who cares, just demonstrates these guys have no idea what they are doing). If a competent salesperson had been there that day, I would have purchased the truck right then and there. I let Brian know I am interested in the truck, he says great and proceeds to collect my finance information. What Brian didn’t tell me is they are working another deal with the truck with someone else. So a day goes by and I don’t hear back. I have an excellent credit score, and I am already approved but shopping for rates… I email Brian to see what is the hold up, I am good to go… I get a response back saying how there is now someone else in the buying process which is the first time I heard of this. So they sold the truck out from under me, never took me seriously to begin with. I purchased a new truck the next day from another dealership. Don’t waste your time with these guys. More

I was searching within 200 miles of my house for a used Grand Cherokee 4xe. Seelye had the best price by far on the exact used vehicle I was looking to purchase. Raymond drove the car 3 hours across the Grand Cherokee 4xe. Seelye had the best price by far on the exact used vehicle I was looking to purchase. Raymond drove the car 3 hours across the State since I live North of Detroit. He applied zero pressure to buy and we took a 15 minute test drive, he explain some features of the vehicle and I was sold. Raymond has so much energy and passion for assisting customers rather than just selling them a car. He made a 6 hour round trip. If that isn’t customer service I don’t know what is. I will look at Seelye first when looking for a car in the future and saved Raymond’s contact info to my phone because I will be going thru him for future purchases. More

It can be intimidating going to a used car dealer. However, as soon as we showed up, Alex helped us and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. He, and everyone else at the dealer, was friendly, However, as soon as we showed up, Alex helped us and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. He, and everyone else at the dealer, was friendly, welcoming, and not pushy at all. When the car we originally wanted to see was not available, he took the time to find us great alternatives. We ended up buying somewhere else, but I would highly recommend coming to Seelye of Paw Paw if you want a great experience buying a car with people whom you can trust, and can surely not be pressured into to anything.
