We went through the details of the purpose of the visit and Brian was knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. At any time, we did feel very comfortable and enjoyed the time, without any pressure we made our decision to buy. What followed was only more joy to work with this dealership. Bill Young got our paperwork done in no time and took care of the financials with great pleasure. We got on our way in less than 1.5 hours after arriving. I found the truck using the Ram search feature using the options that I wanted. The price was a bit more than I wanted to spend but Levi worked diligently to get the price where I wanted it to be. The best part? I live 60 miles away and they were one of only a couple of dealers who would work with me over the phone and by email making the process at the dealership pretty easy. When I am looking for another Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, or Jeep, I will stop here first. More
