My people I will tell you a story, I have had a 2010 Ford Fusion for nine years and it has never given me any problems but for years this "famous dealer" Seelye Ford who is located at the Stadium in Kalamazo Fusion for nine years and it has never given me any problems but for years this "famous dealer" Seelye Ford who is located at the Stadium in Kalamazoo. They have been calling me to fix the airbag in my car because it is a Manufacturing Recall, I tell them that they can do it but it turns out that the next day after they came to my house and supposedly fixed what they had to fix, I turned on my car and I find a smell of burnt wiring, my radio does not turn on and a loud sound in the dash area where Seelye Ford made its disaster. I quickly contacted them and they told me to take my car to them for three days to check it. The next day they called me telling me that they still don't know what the problem is but that I already owe them $300 dollars because the work they are doing on my car is a general diagnosis and to tell me exactly what it is I have to pay because otherwise they can't give me my car so I get upset and I tell them why do I have to pay if my car was fine before they touched it and they tell me that all The faults that my car has are not anything that they were doing to my car but rather problems that can happen at any time. What did I learn? That this place and the people who spoke with me in this whole situation are trash and thieves who are looking to steal people's money. I have had a Ford, Ram and Toyota car but the best experience I have had was with Toyota. To all who are reading this message, be careful about taking your cars to Seelye Ford in case you want to do inspections or fix your cars, go to Toyota or go to my friend Blane's place which is located at 3928 W Michigan Ave. It is the best in providing services and helping people I recommend them...... Seelye Ford THEY ARE GARBAGE More

Not HAPPY. I brought my car here just knowing that I'll be getting the best service EVER. I've been here 5 times and know results. The issues still remain. Incompetent Service If I could give negative stars that would be better. I took my Diesel F350 in for a complete check-up & to have the oil changed & the power door lock If I could give negative stars that would be better. I took my Diesel F350 in for a complete check-up & to have the oil changed & the power door locks repaired. Vehicle got a clean bill of health from the Seelye service department showing brakes in good shape. 450 miles down the road, & 150 miles from home, the brakes failed. Obviously paid for an inspection that was not done. A few weeks later hot weather arrived & the Air Conditioning did not work. I took it back to have it looked at, thinking something may have not gotten reconnected during the repair of the power locks. Was told that there was fuse bad. They removed wiring harness & replaced. Got it back & the Engine/Jake Brake now did not work & the economy computer chip had been removed. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility & I'm out almost $2000. Incompetent people who charge you to do more damage to your vehicle. STEAR CLEAR!!!!!!!! More

Unreliable I dropped off my navigator yesterday for inspection only. The man doing the inspection didnt do anything. I have had nothing but problems with seelye auto group. I will never do business with them again. More
