Especially so with our sales agent Mike Brookfield. He carefully explained all the details of the process of trading in our vehicle for a newer used vehicle we had seen online. He got a fair trade-in value for us, got all the paperwork compiled and completed for insurance and financing. Mike also introduced us to other staff members who showed us where the service department was and other parts of the Seeley operations.
