Usually Great Service, but this time a small hiccup! Had my oil changed and had to return the next day due to an unplugged air hose causing engine lights to come on and rough engine idle. She is always willing to spend as much time as needed for the customer ans is always gracious with our sometimes dumb questions. The service department is just a wonder to me! The service area is always so clean and we have never had to wait for a scheduled appointment. They are fast and do good work. So very different from our previously owned Jeep dealer which was always dirty and inconvenient. Everyone we have worked with here has been kind, patient, efficient and caring.
