The employees are always courteous and professional. The whole service area and dealership is immaculate. I recently had the interior of my vehicle detailed and I thought the price was very reasonable and they did an amazing job. My kids love the waiting area. They have a sound proof glass room with toys, books, and a television playing kids shows. There are also kid friendly drinks and snacks. My little ones get excited when I tell them we are going to Toyota for this reason. As a mom, it is a huge deal and makes it an enjoyable experience that my kids are happy and occupied while I wait. The 1.5 hour drive to St. Robert from Springfield far outweighed the less than desirable experience at another Toyota dealership.
