The process was simple and I was able to get in, drop off my Highlander, and get out within five minutes which assisted in making it to my appointment else where. Mr, Henderson informed me of the approximate time it would take to complete my service and agreed to give me a call once the service was completed. I received that call at a very good time that allowed me to pick up my vehicle after an appointment without losing valuable time. Mr. Henderson also informed me of the eyeglass holder problem of flopping down while in transit. The fix will be simple after acquiring the correct small rubber pin cover. I am a satisfied customer!
