Ford sold me a lemon with a straight face for 19k. Ford knew about the vehicle having issues prior to selling me the vehicle. Luckily I bypassed the 8 freeway and took the street way. Lemon law process has been terrible, bad communication, and hiccups at every phase. My family is done with ford due to incompetence. Russ the manager threatened me and then hung up the phone on me for asking a question about my records. Penske Ford informed me they would replace my transmission no cost to me at all. I call back to see if they can send these records and Russ the manager gets rude and tells me no one fixed my transmission at all. This is the kind of service you're getting at Penske Ford. American company who could care less about their customers or disabled vets. Don't be the next victim, we survived our car blowing up. More
