No response to phone calls I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for a "works package" and have service check out an intermittent rumble in the center rear of the car. I brought my Escape in on Friday, 11/30/18, at 1020. The service adviser was Van Cruz. Told him that I would not need the car till Monday (12/3) so he had adequate time to do requested service. I called on Saturday, at 09:26, asking for status. No response. I called twice on Monday, asking for status. No response. I called again on Tuesday, at 09:20, asking for status and got a response from another service rep (Dave) indicating that the service tech needed to know what to look for regarding the intermittent rumble in the center rear of the car. Van had submitted a "braking issue" instruction to service that I should have caught and corrected -- I did not. Finally, Dave called at 16:20 on Tuesday indicating that that the car was ready for pickup. We picked up the car on Wednesday at about 10:00. Bummer. Really bad customer relations. I'll never have Van Cruz as a service rep again. More
