Was told 2-3 hours so got a ride home. 8 hours later got a call it was ready. Their excuse was service department was shut down for a long employee safety meeting that day. had to rearrange my whole day for a simple service. Have been going here for years as Drew Ford and now Penske ford and have bought a few vehicle at this location. Likely to look to a new dealer for future service and vehicle needs. More
