Most Excellent service. From the time I dropped off our car for service, which was a night drop after a 2 tire blowout. Dave called me the next day with an update on our car and a pickup time. I have had very good service up until this last time. When I made the appointment for service I told the receptionist who made the appointment the there were 2 strips that had come off and needed to be p When I made the appointment for service I told the receptionist who made the appointment the there were 2 strips that had come off and needed to be put back on the 2 back doors. She said that she would put this on the paperwork. It did not get on the paperwork so now I need to make another appointment to get this done. I asked if I could get a car so it could be done that day since they would need to keep the car all day and I had an appointment that day and was told no they didn’t have a car. So now I have to make another appointment and take time out of my day to have this done. I am not happy. More
