On Friday September 25, 2020, my wife and mother-in-law (91) visited the doctor. When they return to our 2017 Lincoln Continental Reserve it would not start. Later that evening I tried to get an appointment at Penske Lincoln using online chat. l was contacted on Saturday morning and was told the earliest appointment would be October 14, 2020. Now I was in a panic because my mother-in-law had another upcoming doctor appointment on September 29, 2020. First thing on Monday morning September 28, 2020 I called Penske Lincoln and explained my situation to Ms. Ana Herrera and confirmed October 14, was the next available appointment. What I really loved about Ms. Ana Herrera, she didn’t settle for that and she came up with a great solution. She checked Penske Ford appointment schedule and found an opening that same morning. I brought the Lincoln into Ford service department and met with Mr. Larry Downs. He was extremely courteous and professional. He gave me his direct phone number in case I had any additional questions or concerns. I received a call from him later that afternoon letting me know my car was ready to go.
