Our experience at Penske Ford for our new purchase of a 2021 Ford Explorer was great. Penske received my lead from the Costco Auto Program where I was in contact with Jeff Pembleton, Internet Sales, who wa 2021 Ford Explorer was great. From the first phone conversation I had with Jeff, I already knew that this was someone who I wanted to secure a deal with. Very personable, knowledgeable, and not your typical sales guy. Jeff went above and beyond for our family of 5, as we finally narrowed down our search between three vehicles, one slightly different then the other. We ended up going with a vehicle that they were able to secure from another Ford dealership. I was so thankful that Jeff was able to do this, without an issue. We didn’t feel pressured at all and it showed that Jeff genuinely cared and worked hard to find solutions for us. If you want to buy a Ford, go to Penske Ford in La Mesa, if you want top notch service with a great guy, ask for Jeff Pembleton. Couldn’t be happier! My car broke down and I had it towed to Penske. They were very willing to hold onto my car. The after hours off service was great.
