Great experience working with Fabian to purchase my new 2021 Ford Explorer XLT. He is very knowledgeable and made this process so easy. Mike in finance was great to work with as well. Had a great experience here today signing docs for my new car. They take COVID seriously and offer outdoor tables and virtual docusign if you don't feel comfortable going inside. Shout out to my sales rep Fabrice who was very helpful and for bringing me water and buying me a snack from the vending machine inside cuz I forgot to eat lunch haha. Finance Manager John was super easy to work with and didn't waste my time. Very efficient...he offered optional coverages etc but no high pressure tactics. They really make an effort to make things easy and I left very pleased. The best dealership experience I've had in years. Kudos to the Penske team for making buying a car so painless! More

So after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years, I normally don't have issues but this was a mess. A 10:00 appointment for an oil change and almost 4.5 hours of waiting later. Unacceptable. I can prom normally don't have issues but this was a mess. A 10:00 appointment for an oil change and almost 4.5 hours of waiting later. Unacceptable. I can promise if the next oil change takes that long, while I wait and keep getting told only a few more minutes each time, I will never be taking my vehicle back and I WON'T be recommending. More
