Took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. Was given my vehicle back , told it was fixed. I drove it one block and the same issue was still there. The service manager then told me it is trial and given my vehicle back , told it was fixed. I drove it one block and the same issue was still there. The service manager then told me it is trial and error until they find the issue . Said the code was cleared. Clearly they didn’t drive the vehicle long enough for the sensors to come back online. Now it has been there for over a week and still no word back on the status of my car. I have left messages with no return calls. Will be addressing the issue with the service manager and dealership owner next. As well as corporate. More
