I was very disappointed when I picked up my jeep. First the agreement of the price was not what was agreed prior to the delivery of the vehicle. Also when I started signing all the papers I noticed on the the agreement of the price was not what was agreed prior to the delivery of the vehicle. Also when I started signing all the papers I noticed on the lease agreement that the lease was for 6 months more than the agreement. I threatened to walk out so they made the lease for 3 months more. I was very upset with all the attitudes and inconsistencies regarding the terms of my purchase. I work in a very big institution where I would have recommended fellow employees to your dealership but after my experiences I would not. More

I have delt with this dealership for about 10 years now and have not had a problem with the sales staff until now. I was told I would pay a certain price for a new truck and after almost 2 months of them t and have not had a problem with the sales staff until now. I was told I would pay a certain price for a new truck and after almost 2 months of them trying to find a truck for me the price changed drastically and the truck I was promised never came in. I decided to leave the dealership and was very happy dealing with Huntington Dodge. I paid more money and got a higher priced truck and was happy to give them the money. I bought it and took it home in 2 hours. Sorry Security, you have lost a loyal customer that has bought 3-4 vehicles from you over the last 10 years. Return phone calls were non-existant and I felt like I was on the back burner everytime I came into the dealership to make a deal. If this is the new and improved way of dealing with customers you might lose some good loyal one's like myself. I sure hope that Gabe and John Sr. didn't waste all that money in remodeling the dealerhsip. If they get back involved in the day to day runnings of the business they may be able to not lose anymore loyal customers. My experience with John Sr. 10 years ago was exceptional and the reason why I kept coming back, but now I would not go back if they were the cheapest around. More
John was great to work with. My sales experience at this deal was stellar. However, everytime I have to have my vehicle serviced, I don't feel as if they treat me seriously because I am a young woman. Rich was the reason we decided to buy our car this month. We have been shopping around for some time. Rich was a no pressure sales person. Hal understood that time was of the esscense for us since we had an overtired infant with us. He was fast,homest, thorough and humerous. The dealership itself is one of the nicest we've been to also! I hope that going forward our descision to buy from security leaves as lasting an impression as our initial purchase. I arrived at the service center at 8:55am on a Saturday. It took me 1 hour to drop off my truck. After speaking with the service advisor and being told I would have to pay $150 for services that weren't ev It took me 1 hour to drop off my truck. When I first leased the vehicle I was told I would not have to pay for oil changes. The advisor told me he would look into that and call me with an answer. We live 45 minutes away and did not want to get a call later in the day only to find out I would be charged for something my husband could do at home. After finally getting an answer an hour later we left my truck there. As it neared 2pm (knowing the service dept closed at that time) I called the service dept to check on my car for I had not heard anything yet. We were told when I called at 1:45pm that we can come to pick up my truck but had to pay over the phone because by the time we got there no one would be there, which is understandable. We got to the dealership and picked up the invoice and my key at the sales desk. After looking it over we noticed it said there was a recall on my truck. Why were we never told after the few times we spoke to the service dept on the phone? That is unacceptable. The customer service in the service dept is horrible. They make you feel unwanted and that we were a bother to them for coming in for a service we were told we needed to come for. Overall it was not a good experience and I hope it doesn't happen again. Just had a bad experience with this dealership BUYER BEWARE!!! In a nutshell I made a deal with the dealership to buy a Jeep at a very good price. I don't live local to the area, I had to fly in for this deal, so I sent my sister to review the car and place a deposit. She did, I was to fly in 2 weeks later and close the deal. After 1 week the salesman Hal, asked for more money to keep the car, I said ok and gave an additional deposit, I bought a non refundable airline ticket to go to this dealership because they were pushing me to get this car. No problem so I did, I bought my ticket a few days after my 1st initial deposit. 2 Days before I was to fly I get a call from the manager Joe Italiano saying that he can't sell me the car, he has no title. I asked questions and he flaked me off and tried to cut the conservation to focus on another car he can try to get for me. The man handling had begun. What Bull!! I even asked the salesman before any deposit was made, do you have the title?, and he said yes, what the hell! My suspicion was that they may have had a higher bidder, which is very dishonest after they had my deposit even. The manger told me that they were trying to get the title before I came down, so basically their tactic was to get my money and lie to the very last minute? I was very angry, no car and non-refundable plane tickets (2 by the way). After this the shop talk started to deviated my questions on the car and to sell me some other one, anyone they could get me to buy. After a NO NO NO, they said they'd refund me, well that took a while, I had to call everyday several times to get my $ back, they don't return calls and claim they are too busy. B.S!! I had to eat my airfare, I asked for compensation but of course they wouldn't even give me my $ back let alone fix their mistake. I ended up buying a car elsewhere a few days later much nicer. So take my advice WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, and deal with people that are actually honest instead of these people. I wouldn't risk it. I also put in a report to the DMV because legally you can't sell a car without a title, and they lied! More

I have given you this below normal rating because I believe that the work was not done according to my acceptance.
