What a great way to end the 2013 year by driving off with my 2014 Jeep G C Limited just in time for today's blizzard. Thanks in no small part to Junior Corcino, my salesman, my expectations were surpassed. F my 2014 Jeep G C Limited just in time for today's blizzard. From my initial dealership contact in October with Cynthia, who assigned Junior as my salesman for a test drive, through Lisa in finance who skillfully kept our lease agreement on course, to Jackie in processing, it was a positive experience. After visiting various Long Island Jeep dealerships over the weeks, I elected to return to Security Jeep to buy from given Junior's expertise and Security's impressive facilities, positive atmosphere and large Jeep inventory. Junior, with his knowledge, honesty and customer appreciation skills, is an asset at Security Jeep. During my test drive, Junior confidently showed me all the features of the GC Limited and did not pressure me to buy today, accepting my desire to wait until year end. After the sale, he even helped me return my Infiniti and provided me with a dealership voucher to add the agreed pin striping at a later more convenient time. I worked with Steve Charles from the beginning to the end of this process. I described the need that I wanted in my new vehicle and Steve proposed a couple of different options for me. Steve was helpful every step of the way, from appraising my trade in, to supplying options moving forward, and ultimately preparing all of the paperwork and documentation so that I could drive right off. I was never rushed or pressured to make any hasty decisions; the professionalism was top notch the whole way. Lastly, Steve stayed late on a weekday to accomodate my work schedule so that I didn't have to wait a moment longer to get my Jeep. I was followed up with a courtesy call the following day thanking me for my business. The entire process was quick and easy - and Steve and Security handled all of the particulars so that my Jeep was ready to go right away. I've met with Amber and it was a nice experience dealing with her. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interest in leasing and gave me an amazing deal that I couldn't turn down. I was impressed with her dedication to make sure I was happy with my lease and that delivery went without any issues to the point of my crazy work schedule that she stayed overtime so I could pick up the truck after 5pm. I would recommend her highly and after my lease is up, I intend on coming back to her and Security Jeep to lease another vehicle. More
