I am always on the go with more baggies and people than I can handle. Everything fits perfect for my life style and moves as fast as I do..seats adjust and hide so easily with a quick push of a button. I also enjoy the quick response of the engine when I put the petal to the metal...(watch out granny). If your looking for a car see John Sciortino, Sales Manager, there were no tricks up his sleeves just excellent customer service, friendliness and car knowledge. He understood I was highly interested in the Chrysler, Town and Country and the Original Quote provide on line by Mark Bloom, Internet Sale Manager. I shopped around at 4 dealers Prior to here...hands down they have the Best Deals. John also ensured I drove the Chrysler I was interested in buying.Other car dealers tell you " test drive this one It's all the same" unfortunately not for me. I was not an easy buyer to work with... I threw in a wrench and a hammer by flip flopping on the color of the minivan and a trade in just before closing the deal. It turns out that John is a handy man and was able to use the wrench and the hammer to change the color and made me a great deal on the trade in. Fritz is THE man! I set out this past Monday with my wife intending to "see what was out there" in terms of 7 or 8 passenger vehicles. I had done some on-line research I set out this past Monday with my wife intending to "see what was out there" in terms of 7 or 8 passenger vehicles. I had done some on-line research and just needed to see the vehicles that I was interested in. I went to Security Dodge after hearing about them on WBAB. Upon entering the showroom floor, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who very quickly located an available salesman. I was then introduced to Fritz Francois, a very friendly person. I told him that I would like to see the Grand Caravans in stock. We had to take a short ride to an off-site lot, but there were plenty of them to look at. I, and more importantly my wife, liked what we saw. Then we drove a Grand Caravan back to the showroom. Although I did not intend to buy a vehicle that day, I was put at ease by Fritz who did not play the 'games' that I was so guarded against. We discussed price, which I had discussed on-line previously with Nichole Danaher, and they not only honored the price I was quoted, but even beat their own price! Now, I'm sure that is built in to the process, but I ended up feeling like I got an 'un-pressured' good price on the vehicle that I wanted... Thank you Fritz! More
