From the moment we met Glenn in sales, to Sunny and finally Raj in finance, all discussions were informative, clear on facts and a competitive was presented from the outset not something we needed to battle our way toward. We did a lot of homework in advance and had a good sense of what our options were for the Jeep we wanted. The Security was solid, straightforward and professional from start to finish. I met him then he turned me over to a sales person names Glen. Glen was also very nice. I let him know we already have a number per month in mind but he needed to tell me his. He came back very soon with an amazing number. 299 a month for a 24 month lease sign and drive. I almost fell off my chair. I said what's the catch? He promised me no hidden fees. I told him I have been burned before. He was very convincing. I was told to come back and pick up car at 4pm. it was not ready. we had to wait 2 hours for paperwork. I knew something was wrong. he assured me again no surprises. finally we sit with finance guy, and there it was. 595 acquisition fee and 610 dollars sales tax, due at signing plus ist month payment and dmv. I walked out. Yes this was still a great deal, but I was lied to. I would have taken that deal if it was presented in the correct way originally. It was pathetic, I actually felt bad for all involved. This is just a sign of the times we live in. More
