The dealership was extremely helpful in fixing dents from 2 different accidents, taking bangs out of the side of the car due to housing it in a NYC garage, bringing the car to Subaru for its 60,000 check up 2 different accidents, taking bangs out of the side of the car due to housing it in a NYC garage, bringing the car to Subaru for its 60,000 check up and back to Secor collision to have a final detailing work done. Everyone was so helpful and they kindly picked me up from the train station and took me there. Service for maintenance was easy to schedule, done as discussed, estimated charge was accurate for work done and completed before the end of the work day for pickup. When I arrived to pick up the car discussed, estimated charge was accurate for work done and completed before the end of the work day for pickup. When I arrived to pick up the car the service check out person did not review the service done, did not tell me the charge before expecting payment nor review brakes, tires and expected longevity for future replacement of car items. After I inquired about these things the review was done. As the car owner I expect this review of my cars overall wear and tear and future service plans. The car was returned to me in clean condition which I appreciate and value as good service. More
