Service Amanda was awesome and kept me informed about the progress. She also arranged for a loaner when it was clear my car wouldn’t be ready the same day. I was not happy with the person who answered the phone when I made the appointment. He said his name was Jay. He said that I wouldn’t be able to get a ride home because it would tie up the driver too long. I had asked for a ride to the GROTON side of Mystic. So I arranged for a friend to pick me up. I was not impressed with his customer service. Amanda more than made up for his lack of customer service and she is the only person I want to work with in the future. She is the only reason I’ll return to this dealership. More
Thanks I came in for an alignment and the service crew discovered one of my struts was bent. We were able to determine that it was damage done from a recent I came in for an alignment and the service crew discovered one of my struts was bent. We were able to determine that it was damage done from a recent accident that was not properly repaired. The service crew documented what they found and that helped me get the repair facility to correct it at their own cost. Much appreciated. More

I have tried getting my oil change at my favorite mechanic but he charges more. I asked about the auto dimming mirror not changing when I turn it on and off and was told it was working properly. If that is true it is a bad feature. The flip tab mirror on my last car was far more effective. More
