Customer service really was poor. I just want to start by saying that Lynnette was really great. However everyone else I dealt with, especially John, were rude and unhelpful. A person is supposed to be comfortable having their car at a service center. Especially when getting something as serious as a new clutch put in. Seriously disappointing compared to last time I was here. More

Subaru Recall Brought in my Forester for a recall. Drove right into the service bay. Was greeted by an associate right away. Friendly and helpful but quoted wrong The service was overall very good. The advice employees were friendly and helped me get a loaner car due to my car's part being out. However, I was qu The service was overall very good. The advice employees were friendly and helped me get a loaner car due to my car's part being out. However, I was quoted the wrong price (by Lauren) and had to pay more money than expected. I understand where the flaw happen, but it wasn't quite fair to me. I was quoted around $630 but ended up having to pay a little over $1,000. This was a rather big shock today. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and apologized for the mistake, but it was not what I was expecting in the least bit. Amanda was very helpful though and I appreciated working with her as she explained every step of the process and made me feel at home. More

She explained exactly what was going on and how long it would take. Joe Barbera, who drove me back and forth to the dealership, was also very polite and professional. The whole experience was delightful. I'm glad this is my closest Subaru dealership! More

Great Service, Easy Peasy! My first service with Secor and our Ascent. We decided to change from our usual dealership because of the way I was interacted with after the car was My first service with Secor and our Ascent. We decided to change from our usual dealership because of the way I was interacted with after the car was hit and damaged significantly with only 3000 miles on it..We then selected Secor to do the repairs. So when it was time to do the first 6k service, we again chose Secor. The proximity to my work is also ideal. I'm glad we did, there no issues and it was an easy overall experience. We will be back. Got a good sense that they genuinely care about their individual customers. More
Good but disappointing ending I was disappointed and upset that not all my items to fix were not completed and I received NO call that parts needed to be ordered It is hard for m I was disappointed and upset that not all my items to fix were not completed and I received NO call that parts needed to be ordered It is hard for me to go into work early and now I'm not sure when I can do it again and I am driving around with a bad cv axle I wish I would have know before I picked the car up. I picked the car up after hours and I had to call at 4:15 to even see if it was ready I heard nothing all dad I gave them 2 phone numbers and they text my husbands number which was not one of the two the text was early that my car was in or something like that. No information I would have liked More
