Great Service, Easy Peasy! My first service with Secor and our Ascent. We decided to change from our usual dealership because of the way I was interacted with after the car was My first service with Secor and our Ascent. We decided to change from our usual dealership because of the way I was interacted with after the car was hit and damaged significantly with only 3000 miles on it..We then selected Secor to do the repairs. So when it was time to do the first 6k service, we again chose Secor. The proximity to my work is also ideal. I'm glad we did, there no issues and it was an easy overall experience. We will be back. Got a good sense that they genuinely care about their individual customers. More
Good but disappointing ending I was disappointed and upset that not all my items to fix were not completed and I received NO call that parts needed to be ordered It is hard for m I was disappointed and upset that not all my items to fix were not completed and I received NO call that parts needed to be ordered It is hard for me to go into work early and now I'm not sure when I can do it again and I am driving around with a bad cv axle I wish I would have know before I picked the car up. I picked the car up after hours and I had to call at 4:15 to even see if it was ready I heard nothing all dad I gave them 2 phone numbers and they text my husbands number which was not one of the two the text was early that my car was in or something like that. No information I would have liked More

Not told when my car was ready I brought my car in for a recall repair. I was greeted pleasantly by a young lady and sent to the waiting room After waiting and hour and a half for I brought my car in for a recall repair. I was greeted pleasantly by a young lady and sent to the waiting room After waiting and hour and a half for what should have taken 1/2 hour according to the postcard and 45 minutes to an hour according to the person I made the appt with, I went over to the office. My car was in the parking lot. I asked the man at the service window if it was ready as no one had come over to tell me, paged me, or even called my house. This set off 10 minutes of "I don't know," "What was your name?", asking then disappearing. After being asked who my representative was I pointed out the young lady who had greeted me and was told no, it was someone else. There is no way I could know that. Finally it was determined that my car was ready and likely had been for some time. This has happened before at this dealership, ever since this new system of greeting customers in the service bay was started. I didn't say anything the first time because I thought, anybody can make a . But this is the second time and I'm angry.. I like this dealership but this new system isn't working for me. More
