The worst experience ever. I had an appointment to get my car an alignment - it took 2 1/2 hours. The three girls who run the front end are terrible. I had an appointment to get my car an alignment - it took 2 1/2 hours. The three girls who run the front end are terrible. More

Consistently shoddy and unreliable service I have had two bad experiences with Secor Subaru service. 1. About 1.5 years ago, I took my car in to have the driver's side window motor replaced. I have had two bad experiences with Secor Subaru service. 1. About 1.5 years ago, I took my car in to have the driver's side window motor replaced. Secor completed the work quickly and the motor worked fine when I picked up the car. However, I discovered about a year later that when I locked the car with my key fob or the switch on the door, the driver's side lock didn't engage. I took the door panel off and discovered that the electrical connector for the switch was disconnected. Secor didn't reconnect the lock actuator switch and I was unknowingly leaving my car unlocked for over a year! 2. I recently took my car in for recall service on the passenger side air bag. Prior to bringing the car in for service, I personally rotated my tires and checked my brakes. On doing this, I discovered that the passenger rear brake pads were very low and starting to mar the brake rotor. I planned on doing a brake job, but I decided to wait until after the recall service was completed. When I dropped off the car, the service representative told me that as part of the service, they would perform an 11 point safety check of the car. However, when I picked up the car, there was no alert about the brakes even though this was supposed to be included in the safety check. On top of this, a few weeks later, I discovered that the trunk release button on the driver's side dashboard no longer worked, even though the key fob trunk release worked fine. I did some checking and discovered that the valet switch inside the glove box wasn't connected, the glove box light wasn't connected, and there was a screw missing on the glove box housing. Since the passenger airbag service required the glove box to be removed, I concluded that Secor once again, failed to reconnect everything properly when doing the service. I decided to fix the issues myself since I didn't trust Secor to fix it. I had previous good experiences with Secor Subaru service, and I thought I could trust them to do good work. However, my two recent experiences have eroded my trust, and I will think twice about bringing my car for service there again. More
Improving I’ve been coming to Secor Subaru service for more than a year and have received service 6 times as well as collision repair on my driver door at the S I’ve been coming to Secor Subaru service for more than a year and have received service 6 times as well as collision repair on my driver door at the Secor Collision Technology shop. I had great service with excellent results but then had three service issues in a row. On the first, the shop used the wrong amount of oil for my engine and I had to go buy some more because the shop was closed. Then the collision repair on my door began to come apart so I had to have part of the door frame re-glued (I still don’t understand why they didn’t just replace the door). Then at another scheduled service they used the wrong amount of oil again after I brought it to their attention about the previous visit. I brought it in for a recall and they completed another oil change which seems to be correct this time. I believe they had some personnel and training issues recently which led to a lot of trouble, but it seems to be better now. I’m going back for new tires in a couple weeks and hopefully it keeps getting better. More

Lack of communication I was told it would take 30 minutes for the recall fix which is why I decided to wait. I did not need or want car wash or inspection. If I was asked I I was told it would take 30 minutes for the recall fix which is why I decided to wait. I did not need or want car wash or inspection. If I was asked I would have declined. The one and a half hour wait was unreasonable and without explanation. I’ll find another dealership in the future. More
