Service/tire rotation was 4plus hours I made an appointment week ahead for 8 am oil change/ tire rotation. Service rep, young lady kept coming to customer lounge for other customers needs such as filters and so on. I finally ask about my car at 10:30, she says she will check. A couple minutes later comes back and tells me my car just went on lift, nearly 1100. I couldn’t leave as my car was now on lift !! She says their short a couple of techs today. Why not tell me at 8:00am. I would have left for another day !! Never Again. More

I stood around to check in my car in the 100 degree day. Turnover of staff and a temp at the desk. No one seemed interested in making this a good experience for the customer. Eventually someone did step in and did text me updates while I waited. At Nissan same faces and super positive checkin experience. They run like clockwork there. Come on people. Prioritize the customer. More

The lower waiting room was way too hot and TV too loud but it was nice that there was accommodation for kids. Upper room OK but not truly comfortable seating. Privacy booths were a good addition. Took a lot longer than we were quoted for 6 month oil change, which was an unfortunate waste of time and frustrating because of plans needing to be changed. The service itself was more expensive at dealer than a comparable oil change elsewhere, but they did do a good over all check up and checked one error code that was found. The service itself was fine and we will return, but will likely just drop the car off and leave it. More

Recent repair of overheated engine I certainly appreciate the time and care it took for the ordering of the replacement engine and the repair but a month is a very long time. I would like to clarify the statement on the repair paperwork. I had driven about four miles on a local road when the a/c stopped and I saw the temperature indicator in the red. I did not drive more than a quarter mile to pull into a safe lot to call AAA. I had to go through the same experience 7 years prior. That does not seem a very long time for a 20 yr old car with low mileage. More
Overcharges and inefficient I dropped off my car and then waited 45 minutes for the shuttle service to take me to work. They need to have more then one shuttle and they should probably use a nicer car for the shuttle service. Even tho my appointment was at 8am, they didn’t get to my car until 2 pm and I was charged for 4 hours of labor for something that shouldn’t have taken more then an hour. They round up on their hours and overcharge for their services and the people at the front desk don’t go over the results with you and don’t explain the charges. They said they did what I asked; which is true, but when I asked if choosing a tire rotation and an oil change was right for 6 months/6000 miles, the lady at the front desk didn’t answer my question and kept saying they did what I asked. The customer service is terrible, they over charge for their services, and don’t make it clear as to what is necessary and what is extra. More
