Terrible Service And Shotty Work I was contacted about a bad airbag n was told it would be fixed for free and a free car loaner during the fix. Once I left n had the loaner for 3 days I was contacted about a bad airbag n was told it would be fixed for free and a free car loaner during the fix. Once I left n had the loaner for 3 days I was informed it was no longer registered n I couldn’t drive it!! They only fixed my driver side air bag stating they couldn’t get the passenger door open. So as they were trying they ripped off the fabric window cover as well as tore holes in my seat n left the underneath part of my dashboard open and all the clips to put it back up were broken. I told the lady n took picture n her response was, “ it’s an old car”. That does not mean break pieces n beat on it just because it’s old. Very rude and I will never buy a car or recommend Secor Subaru in New London, CT to any one!!! More
