Superior service Went in for an oil change and also had some body trim that had been pulled off by a rock. Thought I was going to have to buy new trim and pay to have Went in for an oil change and also had some body trim that had been pulled off by a rock. Thought I was going to have to buy new trim and pay to have it installed. Without my asking they were able to repair the existing trim and reinstall it. $35 dollar charge versus a $400 plus charge. Very professional and responsive More

car not ready when promised Scheduled my car for for a simple air bag recall which I was told would take three to three and a half hours. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was the second car there. Upon dropping off the car I reconfirmed the time it would take and said I will pick the car up at 2. I arrived at 2:15 and car was not ready. In fact, no one knew where the car was. I got the car back at 3:15. This is not the first time this has happened to me. The next day I realized my parking pass for work which was on my dashboard was missing. More

So pleased to now have replaced headlight aligning correctly! Thanks to service advisor for double checking service history for engine, tires, etc an the prior efforts to adjust light. We think car is driving more smoothly and we’re “ready” for winter. More
