Mixed review No issues with the service itself, but trying to contact the service department by phone is very frustrating. No one answers and a recording tells you to leave a message so your call can be returned. You wait 2 hours. No one calls. Exasperated, you drive over to the service center to talk in person. This was not a one-off. I had a very similar experience the last time (July 2019). Good way to piss off a 20 year customer. More

Excellent customer service I went to the dealer to have stripped lugnuts repaired after a tire dealership did me dirty. They were exceptionally skilled, explained everything eve I went to the dealer to have stripped lugnuts repaired after a tire dealership did me dirty. They were exceptionally skilled, explained everything every step of the way and showed me what was wrong when I asked to watch what they were doing. A free car wash and repair for cost of parts for courtesy. My family has had Subaru’s for 25+ years and we will continue to come here for service and new cars when ours finally go to car heaven. Dad is still driving a 29 y.o. wagon and it’s going strong!! Thank you Secor Subaru!! More

Still waiting for a call back more than a week later Dropped my car off last Tuesday and then had to drop it off again on Wednesday. He said he would call me back by the end of the day. It has been a week with no call from anyone (and still having those three issues with my vehicle). All future service will be done at a different Subaru dealership. More
