Secor doesn’t leave you stranded after the sale!! Their service department is quick, courteous, and fairly priced. Service was thorough but slow, appointment time was longer than expected so I had to re-arrange my work schedule. Service department did not respond to text messaging system, and did not send an invoic longer than expected so I had to re-arrange my work schedule. Workers were all pleasant and knowledgeable but have room to improve in communication and realistic timeframes. More
Waited 2.5 hour for an oil change. I had a morning appointment so not expecting a big delay. I asked if it was normal to take so long. . Told I would have a coupon for the wait. . No coupon. Excellent service! Brought my Outback into Secor’s for 12K mile service. I was promptly met at the appointment time and finished in short order.
